Research Emphasis:

Biomolecular systems (membranes), thin films, multilayers, and interfaces (polymer films, magnetic structures, complex fluids, liquid crystals, …) studied with neutron and x-ray scattering, enhanced moderator studies, neutron optics, fundamental quantum mechanical phenomena, neutron interferometry, neutron scattering instrumentation.
