Erika Ramirez Hamilton is a member of the MURR senior leadership team and serves as the senior director of central services. She has responsibility for the Information Technology, Training, Access Control, Document Control, and Strategy functions. In this capacity she collaborates across MURR to understand business needs and implement strategies, systems, and processes that support MURR’s vision, modernize the operational infrastructure, and focus on achieving performance excellence.

Hamilton joined MURR in late-2023 after spending more than 16 years at the Federal Reserve System. During her time there she provided leadership and gained broad operational and administrative experience in the areas of internal audit, enterprise risk management, strategy, governance, information technology, business continuity, community affairs and development, human resources, and facilities management. Hamilton’s experience also includes nonprofit management and the insurance industry.

Hamilton holds a master’s in business administration from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, MO, and a bachelor’s of science in business administration from Colorado State University in Ft. Collins, CO. She is a Certified Internal Auditor and Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
