Cameron Keel is the Associate Director of Human Resources and oversees the People function at the MURR. He leads the HR team involved in the recruitment, retention, compensation, employee engagement/relations and performance of the workforce.

He joined MURR in Fall 2023 after spending one and a half years with the MU School of Medicine as a Senior Human Resources Partner. Prior to that, he spent 10 years at Austin Community College in various roles involving talent development, employee engagement, onboarding, performance management and coaching.

He is a SHRM-certified Senior Certified Professional, holds a master’s in public administration from Texas State University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
